Orthotic and Prosthetic Technician 

  Construct, fabricate, fit, modify, maintain and repair orthoses and prostheses devices and components. Ensure maximum fit, function, cosmetics and workmanship. Assess the orthotic/prosthetic technical requirement to construct and modify orthotic/prosthetic appliances to provide optimal fit. Evaluate physical assessment data, range of motion requirements, material selection, component application, and device specific function. Formulate fabrication requirements by performing structural analysis and assessing design needs for implementation. Make adjustments to device as necessary. Repair or replace prosthetic pieces. Maintain fabrication equipment. Stay abreast of current fabricating techniques, material properties and fabrication equipment.

Full time 40 hr/wk

Requirements: 2 years experience in job offered or related position.
